$175 / 50-minute session

Insight-oriented therapy provides you with a deep understanding of who you are, how you got here, and how to move forward.

I assist my clients to:

  • Gain insight about past experiences, past relationships, and patterns of attachment, and their impact on current emotions and behaviors

  • Build confidence, improve self-esteem, and trust yourself

  • Manage symptoms of anxiety and depression, and work through grief and loss

  • Gain a deeper understanding through exploring family of origin and cultural background

  • Sort through current and past struggles to live a more balanced and fulfilling life, with more meaningful relationships


Couples Therapy/ Marriage Counseling

$200 / 50-minute session

Marriage requires a solid foundation to have a successful future together. Create space for yourself and your relationship to grow and heal together.

I assist couples to:

  • Improve communication and build conflict-resolution skills

  • Explore culture clashes, expectations, and roles

  • Adjust through significant transitions such as marriage, pregnancy, or parenthood

  • Work through infidelity, substance abuse, or other past unresolved issues

  • Discuss topics such as money, religion, sex, in-laws, and social media

  • Build trust, connection, and intimacy

  • Gain insight into patterns in the relationship

  • Identify and express needs and wants to each other and find constructive solutions

  • Set healthy relationship boundaries

  • Or divorce and de-couple


Family Therapy

$225-$250 / 50 to 60-minute session

Family therapy is a safe space to engage in a new emotional experience than the one you are used to.

I collaborate with families to:

  • Improve communication between parents, children, and siblings and build conflict resolution skills

  • Understand one another better to deepen family connections

  • Explore family dynamics, culture, values and roles to identify issues that contribute to conflict

  • Understand the impact of one family members mental illness or substance use and provide strategies to for improvement

  • Navigate blended families, or families experiencing divorce or separation

  • Find a balance between their individuality and connectedness within the family

  • Process and heal from past hurt or resentments from early childhood

  • Improve family decision-making skills
