  • Payment methods include Credit Cards (Visa, American Express, Discover, MasterCard), Debit Cards, and HSA/FSA Cards.

  • Ideally, at the beginning of therapy, meeting with your therapist weekly is recommended to build rapport and trust, gather enough information about you and your goals, and get the flow going. If weekly sessions are not doable, you and your therapist can discuss a plan that does fit your needs.

Please feel free to discuss your options in a free 15-minute consultation!

  • After being forced into the virtual therapy world in 2020, we’ve seen how virtual sessions can be equally effective as in-person sessions! Now, it’s truly up to your preference. Since we offer both virtual and in-person sessions, here are some advantages to each:

Virtual Sessions: 1) have a session anytime and anywhere (in California), 2) flexible scheduling, 3) save on drive time, and 4) you can choose any therapist of your choice anywhere in California! You are no longer limited to the few therapists in your city. (thank you, telehealth!)

In-Person Sessions: 1) minimize distractions from home or technology, 2) a safe and private environment, and 3) if you WFH, it's a reason to get out of the house and make a day out of it!

  • After paying for your sessions with your therapist, you will be provided with a Superbill at the end of each month (including # of sessions, total paid, and a diagnosis) that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

If you are unsure about your out-of-network benefits, here are some questions you can ask your insurance provider:

    • Does my insurance cover out-of-network providers?

    • Does my plan impose a limit on the number of sessions per year?

    • What percentage or amount per session will my plan cover?

    • Do I need a referral from a physician before I can receive reimbursement for therapy?
